StockStat - Purchase Order Processing
Allows real time receiving of shipments at the warehouse or receiving dock, verification of PO Number, Item Number and Vendor as well as input of quantity received. Serial and Lot numbers are requested when required to complete the transaction.

StockStat - Physical Inventory with Remote Capability
This module imports a copy of the Great Plains database item numbers and quantities. Count sheets are generated for each item number and site ID for full inventories or cycle counts and inventory tags can be created. The quantities are verified and compared to the copied database for discrepancies, with reports generated for review. Upon acceptance of discrepancies, an upload will create the corresponding inventory transaction adjustments, which are put into batches that can then be posted, updating the inventory quantities in Great Plains. Counts can also be accomplished without tagging the inventory using the existing item number barcode on the inventory. This allows partial inventories and cycle counts to be done. Serial and Lot numbers are also verified in the counting process. Counts can also be taken at remote locations with a PocketPC that will scan and capture data into table that can then be brought back into the inventory module for processing.

StockStat - Inventory Transfers and Adjustments
Inventory Transfers facilitates real time transfer of inventory from site to site or between quantity types. Verifies items in inventory, their quantities and status. Serial and Lot numbers are requested when required. Inventory Adjustments allows the addition or subtraction of inventory quantities at site locations. Serial and Lot numbers are again requested when required.

StockStat - Manufacturing
Offers real time capture of Machine Utilization and Labor Tracking for the Manufacturing Series. Verifies Machine or Employee ID, Mfg Order Number, Routing Sequence Number, and captures time and pieces. Processes Manufacturing Orders, Quick Manufacturing Orders and Manufacturing Order Closing in real time or batch mode. Generates Manufacturing Pick Lists and Manufacturing Transaction Component Entry.
